MARCH 2022 SEDONA RETREAT REVIEW:
”The retreat was life-changing. The skill and professionalism of the team working with Peter A. Levine were an inspiration and far exceeded my expectations. Welcome
During this Returning to Wholeness Retreat, participants will be guided in an exploration of what their deepest desires in life are. And then what might be preventing them from manifesting these longings and goals.
During this retreat, we will examine how to embrace our experiences in the here and now.
In recent times the world has experienced an increase in layers of collective trauma, including relational stress, eco and political anxiety, and the threat of an invisible force (Covid-19). We have undergone shifts in normalcy that have prompted uncalculated life adjustments in our workplaces, social lives, and family connections. With stress, these abrupt changes can trigger old wounds that couple with current struggles and inhibit us from being fully present in our lives.
How do we help ourselves and also help others in these trying times?
Overcoming these obstacles will include:
Creating fresh goals and revisiting long lost dreams
Countering our inner resistance to profound change
Gaining the courage to navigate new pathways
Paving a fulfilling future after deep loss, whether through separation or death
Developing the skills to become a supportive anchor in our family/community
Grounding to become a regulating force around the deep suffering of others
Learning More about Somatic Experiencing® (for beginners & experts)
Increasing resilience, capacity, and regulation skills
As we begin to move forward, let’s discover the obstacles together.
Dr. Levine and his team will support this inner exploration through small group work, dyadic exercises, individual sessions, and lessons that involve the theory of trauma healing and ways to stimulate transformation. There will also be daily opportunities for stretching and movement meditations as well as offsite excursions and walks on the beach and hikes in the nearby wilderness areas. Please, join us in this intimate miracle of healing journey.

Resort Spa Services
Indoor Pool & Bluesun Cave
With hydromassage nozzles and water cascades lit by changing colors, the Bluesun cave has a therapeutic effect. The pleasure of relaxing is complemented by the hydromassage benches, providing stress relief and having a revitalizing effect on the body. You can relax on the terrace by the indoor pool or enjoy the hydromassage waterfall.
Saunas
Finnish sauna is located on a discreet terrace with a whirlpool. You can also choose to relax in a steam sauna, bio-sauna, and have a shower. Cool down afterward in a cold water pool. To compliment saunas, there's a relaxation zone - loosen up in a tepidarium, have a refreshing beverage, or lie down on a comfortable lounger.
Signature Treatments (booked directly with the resort - not included in retreat cost)
Treatments here are based on aromatic Mediterranean herbs and therapeutic sea salt. Indulge in one of the exotic and unique ones, such as the warm chocolate treatment or the hot stone massage. You can choose between a variety of sports & classical massages.
