This unique workshop brings together retired U.S. Army Colonel Dr. Charles W. Hoge, a leading expert in treating military-related PTSD, and Peter A. Levine, Ph.D. trauma expert and developer of Somatic Experiencing (SE™). Using an SE and evidence-based lens, they will explore the nuances of working with veterans exposed to combat and non-combat trauma. They will outline how Somatic Experiencing is compatible with the core components of traditional evidenced-based trauma-focused therapies and ways in which SE practitioners and licensed therapists working with diverse populations can enhance the art of trauma-informed care.

 After, participants will be able to
