Relational Resilience & Healing Trauma: How to Heal and Transform Trauma, Create Authentic Connection and Sustain Resilient Relationships

I’m very inspired to be among the presenters for the upcoming Global Resilience Summit 2021. Our friends at Heart Mind Institute have created an amazing event to support our healing and recovery from the past 14 - 15 months of the Covid-19 pandemic and lockdowns and provide practices and strategies for transitioning and emerging into our post-pandemic life wiser and more resilient.

We have experienced an unprecedented disruption in our lives during the past 14 - 15 months of the Covid-19 pandemic, including tragic loss, heartache, and suffering for so many. Our individual and collective well-being continues to be at risk during this transition and our challenging times. Our neurophysiological threat systems have been on continual high alert, and we've all been exposed to high levels of traumatic stress, to one degree or another.

For the Global Resilience Summit 2021, our friends at Heart Mind Institute have gathered together 45 world-class experts to help us first heal and recover from the traumatic impacts of the pandemic and then to explore what we have learned. Together we can emerge wiser and more resilient in order to navigate the many complex challenges facing humanity today -- the climate emergency; persistent economic, social, and racial injustice; and increasing political divisiveness and instability all around the world.

This is an all-new Free, Six-Day Summit being filmed right now with 40+ presentations relevant to this very time we are journeying through together, including trauma & resilience experts, mindfulness, yoga, and breathwork teachers, clinicians and healers, neuroscientists, climate scientists, justice advocates, sense makers & futurists, systems thinkers and indigenous elders and climate activists.

In this free, 6-day Summit, you'll get powerful practices and practical tools to help you:

  • Recover from traumatic stress & wounds of the past year

  • Support healthy grieving with mindfulness & resilience

  • Rebuild healthy, nurturing & enriching relationships

  • Connect with innate goodness, wholeness & resilience

  • Sooth and transform post-pandemic re-entry anxiety

  • Learn from the past and envision the future

Would you like to learn strategies for increasing and sustaining your own resilience and contributing to your communities’ resilience from 45 world-class experts and global thought leaders? You will have the opportunity to do that and more during this transformational online summit brought to you by Heart Mind Institute in partnership with the Engaged Mindfulness Institute.
